Clicking on the Mailbox on the 4th page of Better Igloos Catalog so that you can buy the Blue Lamp.


The new items on Igloo Upgrades Catalog such as Terracotta Tiles, Bamboo Floor and Phony-Lawn are aslo released by Club Penguin.
